👋 Hey there! I'm Fabio Michelan, a Design & AI Leader with 20+ years of experience driving global-scale innovation and enablement. My passion for problem-solving brings a unique perspective across startups, agencies, and global enterprises. Currently, I'm Product Specialist & Enablement Lead at Google, accelerating Cloud and AI adoption for global enterprise clients like Coca-Cola, Carrefour, Nubank, Starbucks, and Volkswagen. Over the years, I have led Design and Product teams at Bayer, SumUp, DogHero, and Copag, driving digital product innovation across hundreds of large-scale initiatives. I hold a degree in Advertising and postgraduate in Marketing from ESPM. I'm certified in UX by the Nielsen Norman Group, in AI by MIT, and as a Cloud Digital Leader by Google Cloud. Throughout my career, I've focused on bridging human-centered design with technology to build scalable digital products. My expertise spans product strategy, UX research, AI adoption, and enterprise enablement. As a strategy consultant, I've advised organizations on design leadership, organizational maturity, and capability building. My work has been recognized with Apple’s App of the Day and Google’s Editor's Choice awards, and featured across major technology and design publications. Outside of work, I'm passionate about education and community building. I teach AI Product Leadership at Tera, mentor globally at ADPList, and speak at events like HackTown and UXConf BR. I also founded DesignerTrack to help professionals thrive in their careers. I enjoy exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
