Hey there! I'm Fabio Michelan, a Design & Innovation Leader with 18+ years of experience transforming businesses through design, technology, and innovation. My passion for problem-solving brings a unique perspective to every challenge. I've worked with leading companies, from digital startups to large corporations, and I started my own digital agency. Currently, I'm UX & AI Innovation Lead at Google, driving transformative technology solutions. I help companies like Coca-Cola, Carrefour, Nubank, Starbucks, and Volkswagen identify and leverage opportunities to improve their business. Over the years, I have led Design teams at Bayer, SumUp, DogHero, and Copag, and participated in hundreds of development projects for some of the world's leading companies. I have a bachelor's degree in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM. I also hold a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group, an AI Certification from MIT, and I'm a certified Cloud Digital Leader by Google Cloud. Throughout my career, I've focused on creating user-centered designs. I strive to craft seamless and intuitive experiences. I possess deep expertise in digital product design, research, usability, and prototyping. I've also worked in strategy consultancy, advising companies on design strategy, organizational design, career development, and UX measurement. My work has been recognized with App of the Day and Editor's Choice awards in the Apple Store and Google Play, and featured in various publications and news sources. In my free time, I pursue personal design projects and enjoy creating new design content, mentoring aspiring designers, and teaching AI Design at Tera. I've spoken at several universities and volunteer as a mentor at ADPList. I founded DesignerTrack, a platform to help designers succeed in their careers, and DesignerFlash, a design subscription service. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring new places and spending time with family and friends. I was born in Santos and now live in São Paulo, Brazil.
